PG D-4001

PG D-4001 is a clear low viscosity liquid, aromatic mono epoxide reactive diluent based on phenol. It is compatible with all types of epoxy resin in any proportion. Resins diluted with PG D-4001 can be suitably cured by epoxy curing agents for variety of applications. Higher proportion imparts flexibility in cured system and hence affects glass transition temperature significantly.

PG D-4002

PG D-4002 is a low viscosity, long chain aliphatic mono epoxide reactive diluent based on C12-C14 alcohol. It is compatible with all types of epoxy resins in any proportion. Resins diluted with PG D4002 can be suitably cured by epoxy curing agents for a variety of applications. A higher proportion of this product imparts flexibility in the cured system and hence affects glass transition temperature significantly.

PG D-4003

PG D-4003 is a low viscosity, aliphatic diepoxide reactive diluent based on 1, 4 butane diol. It is compatible with all types of epoxy resins in any proportion. Resins diluted with it can be suitably cured by epoxy curing agents for variety of applications. High proportion imparts flexibility in cured system and hence affects glass transition temperature adversely.

PG D-4004

PG D-4004 is a low viscosity, aliphatic diepoxide reactive diluent based on 1,6 hexane diol. It is compatible with all types of epoxy resins in any proportion. Resins diluted with it can be suitably cured by epoxy curing agents for variety of applications. Higher proportion imparts flexibility in cured system and hence affects glass transition temperature.

PG D-4005

PG D-4005 is a low viscosity, long chain aliphatic diepoxide reactive diluent based on polypropylene glycol. It is compatible with all types of epoxy resin in any proportion. Resins diluted with this product can be suitably cured by epoxy curing agents for variety of applications. Higher proportion imparts flexibility in cured system and hence affects glass transition temperature significantly. 

PG D-4006

PG D-4006 is a low viscosity, aliphatic diepoxide reactive diluent based on neopentyl glycol. It is compatible with all types of epoxy resins in any proportion. Resins diluted with this can be suitably cured by epoxy curing agents for variety of applications. Higher proportion imparts flexibility in cured system and hence affects glass transition temperature significantly. 

PG D-4007

PG D-4007 is a low viscosity, high epoxy functionality reactive diluent based on trimethylol propane. It is compatible with all types of epoxy resins in any proportion. Resins diluted with this can be suitably cured by epoxy curing agents for variety of applications. It provides high cross linking with good reactivity without affecting glass transition temperature significantly of cured system.

PG D-4008

PG D-4008 is a clear, low viscosity liquid, aromatic mono epoxide reactive diluent based on ortho cresol. It is compatible with all types of epoxy resins in any proportion. The resins diluted with PG D-4008 can be suitably cured by epoxy curing agents for variety of applications. Higher proportion of this product affects glass transition temperature adversely. 

PG D-4009

PG D-4009 is a low viscosity, aromatic mono epoxide reactive diluent based on p-tertiary butyl phenol. It is compatible with all type of epoxy resins in any proportion. Resins diluted with this can be suitably cured by epoxy curing agents for variety of applications. Higher proportion of this product imparts flexibility in cured system and hence affects glass transition temperature significantly. 

PG D-4010

PG D-4010 is a light-brown coloured, high purity, low viscosity monofunctional reactive diluent based on cashew nut shell liquid. It is intended for use as a reactive diluent for high viscosity epoxy resins. Due to its low viscosity, excellent miscibility with DGEBA, polar aromatic character, it is preferred as a reactive diluent of epoxy resins especially for those applications where special properties after curing like high chemical resistance and moisture resistance are required.

PG D-4011

PG D-4011 is an unmodified, trifunctional epoxy reactive diluent based on castor oil. It imparts good impact resistance, thermal shock resistance and flexibility when introduced in various epoxy formulations. It has low vapour pressure and odour. It has good compatibility with bisphenol-A based epoxy resin. PG D-4011 when added in epoxy formulations reduces viscosity and lengthens pot life. 

PG D-4012

PG D-4012 is a low viscosity, aliphatic monoepoxide reactive diluent, based on n-butyl alcohol. It is compatible with all types of epoxy resin in any proportion Resins diluted with it can be suitably cured by epoxy curing agents for variety of applications. Higher proportion imparts flexibility in cured system and hence affects glass transition temperature significantly.

PG D-4013

PG D-4013 is the mono-glycidyl ether of 2-ethyl hexanol. The primary use of PG D-4013 is as a reactive diluent for high viscosity epoxy resins. PG D-4013 is compatible in all concentrations and those resin blends can be cured with variety of curing agents. As with all monofunctional aliphatic reactive diluents, increase in the level of PG D-4013 in the epoxy resin blend will increase pot life and modify cured resin properties. PG D-4013 posses the lowest viscosity in all the PG D series reactive diluents. PG D-4013 also shows greater dilution efficiency than other PG D series reactive diluents at same concentrations.

PG D-4014

PG D-4014 is a low viscosity, aliphatic di-epoxide reactive diluent, based on dipropylene glycol. It is compatible with all types of epoxy resins in any proportion. Resins diluted with It can be suitably cured by epoxy curing agents for variety of applications. Higher proportion imparts flexibility in cured system and hence affects glass transition temperature significantly.

PG D-4015

PG D-4015 is a low viscosity cyclo-aliphatic difunctional epoxy reactive diluent based on cyclohexane dimethanol. . It is primarily used as a reactive diluent for high viscosity epoxy resins. PG D-4015 is compatible in all concentrations with all classes of epoxy resins. Being cyclo-aliphatic in nature, PG D-4015 improves UV resistance of the epoxy formulations.

PG D-4016

PG D-4016 is a solid, aromatic mono epoxide reactive diluent based on β-naphthol. It is compatible with all types of epoxy resins in any proportion. Resins diluted with PG D-4016 can be suitably cured by epoxy curing agents for a variety of applications. A higher proportion of this product imparts higher Tg in the cured system.
