PG R-838 has advantageous characteristics of good adhesion strength, excellent heat and chemical resistance because of its multi-functional groups in one molecule fully cross-linked. Therefore, it has excellent physical properties in addition to the basic reactivity of general Epoxy Resin.
PG R-854 is a modified epoxy phenol Novolac resin with low viscosity compared to pure epoxy phenol novolacs.
Due to higher functionality it imparts highly cross linked three dimensional network when cured. When it cured with cycloaliphatic and aromatic amines, it provides superior chemical and thermal resistance.
