Gpol 114 is a solvent-less, medium viscosity polyol with ether & ester groups, used in coatings, floorings, adhesives and electrical applications. It is recommended to be used in combination with Gpol 115. The polyurethane so prepared by curing with MDI & its variants shows good flow and leveling properties. It has outstanding water and acid resistance. It gives hard, tough films yet flexible and abrasion resistant films. It has good adhesion on various substrates. It exhibits good pigment wetting characteristic. Various fillers and additives may be added to such formulations for preparing adhesives, floorings, coatings, sealants, mortars, and electrical casting applications. Some of the typical fillers are calcium carbonate, barytes, quartz, silicates, etc. Some of the additives are defoamers and leveling aids. Also it is recommended to add molecular sieve (Type-3A) for moisture scavenging. Different pigments may be added to give the desired color and opacity e.g. in coatings.
It can be crosslinked with MDI and HDI polyisocyanates, Gpol 115 is suitable for use in the formation of two-component coatings that yield tough but flexible firms, hard-wearing and chemicals. The Polyurethane product prepared by curing Gpol 115 with aromatic polyisocyanate shows good flow and leveling properties . It has outstanding water and acid resistance. It exhibits good balance between elasticity and hardness. It has good adhesion on all surface. Adding additives like ,W/D agents, deformers and leveling agent, Molecular sieve (Type-3A) for moisture scavenger etc. enhances the required properties. Different fillers and pigments may be added to give the desired color and opacity.
GPOL 400 is a triol based polyether polyol. It can be used as a crosslinker or diluent in the formulations of polyurethanes. It is suitable for producing rigid coatings, foams and elastomers.
GPOL 500 is a castor based polyol having a hydroxyl functionality of about 2.5.
GPOL 750 M is a formulated polyol emulsion recommended for cementitious 3K‐PUR screed. Cementitious screed can be formulated with GPOL 750 M, diphenylmethane type diisocyanates and formulated fillers. It provides a smooth protective floor finish suitable for applications in predominantly dry environments. GPOL 1200 is a polyester polyol. GPOL 1200 can be cured with various isocyanates to achieve desired parameters.
